What is CIL?
We are Collective Intelligence Labs. We strive to live in a world where technological innovation reveals the potential of humanity.
We want to live in a world where technological innovation reveals the potential of humanity and are taking steps to make it happen. To do so we are working on various Web3 technologies that intersect with the creator economy. With the share of value that intangible assets represent at over 90% and on the rise, we are focusing on boosting their liquidity.
Collective Intelligence Labs (CIL) works with developers and startups to create some of the most exciting innovations in the Web3 space, in addition to businesses and investors to drive adoption of the technologies.

Our work culture is results oriented. We put a lot of effort to make our vision real, and it's extremely complex task.

What is the CIL team like?
CIL is a group of architects, researchers, developers and designers, who are working on technologies for decentralized decision making and building infrastructure for collective intelligence. We're united by CIL's values, and we celebrate our unique differences.

Trust
Our core principle is trust. We place a lot of trust in everyone who works with us, and with this trust comes a lot of freedom. This is not a laid back approach, but as a desire to give a lot of freedom to every team member. Therefore we give a very detailed brief and put an effort to set a task to make sure the expected results are aligned with company needs.
Challenge
Our work is a challenge and without challenging conventional ideas we won't achieve our aims. This means we challenge each other and we don't avoid conflict. We call out if we see that there is something wrong. The key is diplomacy; we try to deliver feedback and critics in the most optimal way, both diplomatic and straightforward.
Accountability
Peer-to-peer accountability is the responsibility of every employee. Lack of accountability leads to confusion and mistakes, while responsibility and ownership leads to progress. This is why every team member is has responsibilities for which they are held accountable.
Care
We care about others. If we see that there is something missing in the company, we try to introduce this not for a single person but for the whole company. In order to do so, we create a framework on how to deal with inefficiencies in the company.
Commit
We are committed to our work and the decisions we make. If we disagree with a decision made by the team, we still commit to it if the decision was made through consensus.
